The 2024 Grand Chess Tour consists of three rapid and blitz events and two classical events. Nine full participants play both classical events and at least two rapid and blitz events, while invited “wildcard” players can be invited to any of the other events. Players compete in each event for prize money and Grand Chess Tour points, with additional prize money going to players according to their final tour standings.
The 2024 Superbet Rapid & Blitz Poland is the first event of this year’s Grand Chess Tour.
