  1. Obviously Magnus is the giant of Chess.
But did anyone see some dude by the name Abdu…. whoop his ass.

  2. 22. Ne3 Rg5 ??
    23.f4! +-
and after this position the rook is hanging every way

  3. He had a bet on himself saying he could do it!

  4. Magnus is always showing up late when he faces a strong opponent… Hmm.

  5. That's the difference between both players… Alireza started the clock before magnus came to play… While magnus waited for duda and didn't started the clock…. Such a characteristic and humble player

  6. I think this match has been already decided from 10:00 since Magnus created his unescapeable trap with that white knight F6 Bishop and the white Queen! Damn he's just too good! 👍

  7. Shit. Carlsen is absolutely chess man. Always pay attention to other match 🤣.

  8. it's an airborne virus. Masks should be worn during the game.

  9. Carlsen el mejor finalista de
La historia superando a botvinik capablanca.fisher y petrosian

  15. carlsen watched too much queen’s gambit and tried to imitate beth’s late arrival lmao

  16. I am French and I am proud of Alireza Firouzja. And he's a fighter.
But I think Nodirbek Abdusattorov will be the new kid (king) on the block.

For this game, look at the white pawns, they own the game. (you don't want to exchange material in this situation, it's a clear error from Alireza)

  17. Anyone know who the girl in the back with the white button-up is? She is pretty.

  18. Cool Magnus. He is very strong mental and in chess matters too

  19. Please could someone explain how Carlsen wins here ? I can’t manage to find. Thanks 🙂

  20. That Knight on g5 has a higher value than the two rooks combined (a hyperbole ofc)

  21. I watch with great interest but with little knowledge f

  22. just be fair, don't start the clock alireza.

  23. How many moves ahead are these thinking of ? I don’t know the rules btw

  24. It is not normal to arrive always late to the board. Not a fair attitude for the world champion ! Should be sanctionned. His habit to move a piiece or pawn in his hands is disturbing for his opponents, too. Only in chess this can be seen. What arbiters sirve to?
I appreciate Magnus skill in chess, but not his personnality.

  25. Damn, magnus looks like he really hate caro kahn lmao

    🇮🇷 🇦🇫 🇹🇯️

  27. I feel like Magnus Carlsen doesn't try as hard as he used to anymore. ( I was going to say that he didn't try at all but that is obviously a lie)

  28. im too stupid to understand why the game was over in the last position.

  29. Alireza: walk away
Magnus: "oh look, another board to watch" game over, ten steps, "oh, ANOTHER ONE!"

  30. they wear masks like sheep hhahaahahahahahaha

  31. And you 9:28 Blunder your opponent and inside feeling 😘 by magnus ♥️♥️

  32. Magnus is the Man! Long Life to the King!

  33. Game would still be even after 33….Bxe5 34.dxe5 g5 35.Rf1 gxf4 36.Rxf4 Rxf4 37.gxf4 Qa5 38.f5 Qxa4 39.fxe6 Qf4+ 40.Kh1 Nxe6 41.Qxd5 Qf1+.
    Even after 37….Qc7 38.fxe6 Bxg3+ 39.Kg2 Rxf1 40.Qxf1 Nxe6 41.Nxd5 Nf4+ 42.Nxf4 Bxf4 =

  34. Give it couple of years Alireza will crush him. he is NOT "cool" when he walks in, obviously he said he just wants to play Alireza prematch and then rushed in as he realized time was already ticking. In fact to me trying to fix the pieces while he looks clearly rushed is a nerv getting the better of him. If you look at Alireza in the mean time he is just looking at him as if he has met an idiot who is late but is trying to look cool.

  35. It's like being there except without the smell.

  36. 9:27 is the drop for Firouzja. In a split second, he notices he blunders. how tricky chess is- any other king move to the back rank is a draw, but Kxg8 is +5 for white!!!

  37. 9:52 after f6 by white I wondered why black doesn't just exchange to win the pawn?!
*HERE'S WHY*. Look what a pretty line I've found!!:
blacks' turn: 1.Nxf6 2.Rxf6 3!Qxh7 4.Kxh7(only move) 5.Night takes rook on f6 with royal fork.

"In chess, usually the moves that aren't played are more beautiful"
    Antonio Agadmator

  38. they both shake hands…touch their face…and take off the mask??….wtf is wrong with people. MASKS ARE USELESS.
