This is a blitz chess game I played as white with time control 5|0. White employs a London System, and black tries to apply queenside pressure just before white can castle. After white manages to be up 2 pawns, something pretty incredible happens that goes unnoticed until the post-mortem. 🙂

Guys, had Jerry found the mate, this video would probably not be here (since I doubt he reviews a 15 move game). So it all turned out well, we had a laugh and Jerry learned something:-D
that was the biggest mate I've ever seen you miss lol I almost wanna unsub now really lololol
if u tried to trade queens in the first game he could have checked u by taking ur knight no?
Sir are you not covering the tata steel chees tournament this year which already stared?
oh… my… goodness…
epic Jerry quotes…
Ah, I missed that mate too when watching, lol… so you DID have a good attack there! I thought it was strange it didn't work! Now we know why, lol!
You missed mate in 1; Then again he took the Bishop so so did he.

There indeed was a slightly better move.
After missing mate in 1 at 3:45 how about Bxh7 Kxh7 Ng5+ Kf8 Nxe6 forking king and rook and winning pawn along the way?
NO WAY! I had to rub my eyes. Am I seeing things ? LOL
3:50 I was like: "NOOOOOOOOO, MATE HIM MATE C'MON YOU CAN DO THIS, PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE."
with an early c2-c4 is it really a london system game rather than some kind of delated Queen's Gambit?
I am so disappointed
LOL don't tell your friends!!
15 qxh7#!

It should have been ended at 4 mins

Jerry you're my hero!! I love how you laughed when you caught it. Priceless. I look forward to having that much patience as I get to be a better player. Your videos are amazing. Thank you.
i cannot believe u didnt see that mate in 1 and also u lost the match and 32 Points LOL
Jerry, why on move 4 …Bd6 is a good move, doesn't it allows white to exchange off it's bad bishop for Black's good bishop, where is the compensation?
mate in 1 on move 15
bishop save knight
kings safety 🙂
Missed mate move 14.
15. Qxh7 mate is strong. LOL, this is why I hate blitz.

I can't believe that, you missed a classical check mate in 1 !!!!
Missed mate :/ QF7
Dang, what is the point of this channel- how to alternate boldness and timidity?
Hey, Jerry. Sometime when you get the urge to hop into “professor” mode, I’d love to hear you teach about the London System; particularly:
– what the opening piece position buys you;
– The proper response to common attacks on the early piece position
– thoughts on who should play the system and the types of opponents to play it against.

Mate in 1 > Are there any tactics here
3:48 WHY?!
6:23 I should of gone for the simple approach, yes you know the one where you just mate him 10 moves earlier ha ha
Nice to see that even the best can overlook a mate in 1. Inspiring, really. It simply confirms that the lesser gods don't have to be ashamed to make blunders. I remember that the same happened in a game between Ivanchuk against Anand, Perez against Veselin Topalov, Kasparov against Tambasco and more super Grandmasters.

U miss this
" El que esté libre de pecados,
que tire la primera piedra." Ja ja, yo no podría tirar ni un grano de arena.
I love that I did what everyone did lol. Tbh, it’s only funny because Jerry is an awesome player and teacher! I do this more frequently and I never laugh when I do it… lol
I feel comfortable with my blunder after that match 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
