  1. It could be a draw in the end if boris, could have taken the pawn by rook???

  2. 9:57 ig here the engine says win for white because of f5 and then f6, not sure tho

  3. Разве не проводилась пешка по теории !?

  4. 11:43 easy part? just e6? takes takes with the pawn? then e7? and check mate?

  5. 12:40 Gelfand should have eaten black pawn instead of advancing his pawn…😊

  6. Arjun despite couple of good games this tournament with Gelfand and Gukesh, is going through tough times. He peaked around 2735 sometime during Dubai open last year. Now he is at 2693 in live rating. I hope its not motivation that prevents him from maximizing his potential in classical games. He should otherwise be a top 10 player. I wish @chessbaseindia would focus on what is ailing as well instead of just talking as if everything is kosher for these players. Nihal Sarin is the other player who looked India's best junior back in 2019 but is stuck at 2650-70 levels for a long time. Pragg also has been in 2600 since Jan 2020. Though he had a good Online chess in 2022 and played few tournaments well, I am not seeing him progress to next level. Gukesh is the only one committed to classical and I see him progress towards 2750 this year. Hopefully he qualifies for candidates next year.

  7. गजब मैच था, और ब्लैक साइड से तो प्रोपर थ्रिल और गूसबंप फील हुआ 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️💖💞

  8. Could have just taken the pawn back and that's an easy win

  9. Someone look at left hand of boris gelfand how he plays with the piece

  10. This is far from being a DEFENSIVE MASTERCLASS, Borris could have easily won if he played accurately.

  11. How is a theortical draw anyone can draw in a rook endgames a defensive masterclass? 🤣 what are you 800?

  12. in 3:53 I've had this idea to sac the rook to d8, recapture Rxd8, Kd8, Qxd8, Bb7, Rb8…is this correct, hoping a 1k elo would comment

  13. Very poor technique of two players in the endgame🙃
